I would like to thank Emma and all the staff at Torbay and District Funeral Services for taking care of everything for us to give my Father a very special send off. Emma helped us through all the stages of the funeral and was always available to help with any questions we had.

Emma was professional and polite throughout the process of arranging our mother's funeral, from incorporating her requests, to the logistics when the day arrived. Emma was always prompt to respond to any queries we had, ensuring the process was smooth and made us feel in safe hands

Emma and team made the whole process so much easier.
Losing my Mum was dreadful but Torbay and District Funeral Service were there for us.

Torbay and District Funeral Services handled my dad’s funeral. They were very kind and helpful through the whole process. We spoke mainly to Bonnie and Emma and they were lovely and happy to accommodate any requests that we had. My dad wasn’t religious so the service was carried out by a Celebrant, Charles, who was wonderful and did a great job of capturing my dad. Everyone said what a lovely service it was. My dad had taken out a funeral plan through Choices which meant everything was pretty much taken care of which also made everything easier. I would highly recommend Torbay and District, thank you for your help and support during a very emotional and difficult time. Michelle and family.

Words cannot really do justice to the wonderful experience that we had with Torbay and District. Emma was phenomenal in every conceivable way. The support, understanding and care that the entire family had was second to none. After the dreadful loss of my mum, Emma helped with every single detail. Nothing was too much trouble, and the sincerity of the care was so warm and genuine that it made all the difference. Charles too, the celebrant that we used through Torbay and District, was absolutely outstanding. In all honesty I really don’t know how to thank them enough. Everything was perfect. The attention to detail was amazing and my beautiful mum, and my wonderful father before her, got the funerals that they so deserved. Thank you all so very very much.
