This year, the team from Torbay and District Funeral Directors decided to dedicate their window space to Father’s Day.
As many people have memories of their loved ones owning motorbikes, Jaccol Motorcycles kindly donated a Lexmoto ZSF 125 motorbike, which took pride of place in the window display, as well as motorbike leathers and helmets.
Colin Price, Director of Jaccol Motorcycles, said: “This bike represents a very large part of the motorcycle commuter community and, as commuting is the largest element of motorcycling, it represents many of the unfortunate issues and risks motorcyclists face every day.”
For three weeks the window display caught the eyes of many passers-by and was well received by families who came into the branch.
South-West Area Development Manager, Sandra Murphy said: “It was a unique display, which prompted several responses. Some people came in to ask about the motorbike and others were able to tell us stories of loved ones and their bikes, it was a great exhibit.”
